While we take thorough precautions to keep your cookies intact during transit, accidents can occasionally happen, and you may find a broken cookie or two. But don’t worry — they’ll still be just as delicious! Please note that, due to the nature of the product, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in this instance.
