Every cookie is individually wrapped, and our boxes are packed with bubble wrap and shredded paper to ensure your cookies stay safe during transit. , We use Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. While we take thorough precautions to keep your cookies intact during transit, accidents can occasionally happen, and you may find a broken cookie or two. But don’t worry — they’ll still be just as delicious! Please note that, due to the nature of the product, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in this instance.

Need your cookies fast? Choose our Rush Service for a quick 4-day turnaround, from order to delivery. We’ll ship your order with Royal Mail Tracked 24 for fast and secure delivery straight to your door.
Standard Delivery Please note, we require 7 days to fulfill your order. The delivery option you select refers to the time it takes once your order leaves our kitchen and is on its way to you.
📦 Tracked 48 – £6
Our standard delivery is Tracked 48, which ensures your order is shipped securely and arrives in 2–3 working days.
🚚 Tracked 24 – £7.50
For those who need their cookies even quicker, we offer Tracked 24, which guarantees delivery within 1–2 working days.

Our shipping costs reflect our commitment to ensuring your order arrives safely – we’d hate for your treats to be damaged in transit!
