We offer both dairy-free and gluten-free options at no extra cost because we know “free-from” shouldn’t mean “more expensive.” All cookies are individually sealed for maximum freshness and made to order with love.

About Kandypop Cookies 🍪

So, who’s behind all this cookie magic? That would be me—Katie! Even though I say “we,” it’s really just me (but “we” sounds way more professional, right?).

I only discovered my love for baking recently. Before this, I was a nail technician—so I’ve always had a thing for creativity and detail. I’m a mum of four and I live with a condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), which brings along a lot of other health challenges too. Some days I can’t walk or talk, but I’m lucky to have daily support from carers, and baking cookies has become a perfect creative outlet that works with, not against, my body.

Despite the ups and downs, I stay positive—and I love sharing snippets of my life, baking journey, and disability experiences on TikTok. I'm no influencer (yet 😜), but I’d love for you to follow and join the journey.

  • Our cookies are sent 1st class through Royal Mail to ensure they are treated with the best care. Royal Mail are keen to be next day delivery, if you have any problems contact us and we will help as best as can! We do aim to send your cookies out within 7 days of your order, however our cookies are handmade and decorated so please keep that in mind when you place your order.

  • Of course. If you have a look through the many options we have, a lot of them require personalisation. Some of our collections might not be big enough to allow for long names etc but if you fill the form out and submit it we will endeavour to help bring your vision to life.

  • Yes of course we can! Just select the box for dairy or gluten free and then write in the form of your dietary requirements and we will be happy to provide this free of any additional charge.

  • We use a variety of different brands due to availability here at Kandypop.

    We prefer to use Renshaw. Here is the list of ingredients.

    Sugar (EU and non-EU), Glucose syrup, Palm oil, Humectant: E422, Emulsifier: E471, Stabilisers: E415, E466; Preservative: E202, Flavouring. Made in factory that handles nuts.

    We have adapted our fondants to include different flavouring such as Biscoff, Bueno, Oreo and S’Mores inspired. Here are the added ingredients to the fondant we use.
